2. Object

These General Conditions govern the purchase of products (paper and plastic shopping bags) made by the user through the channels made available by the company (website, email, telephone, or directly at the headquarters).

3. Products

The products offered are accurately described in the technical data sheets or in the communications provided. The images are for illustrative purposes only and may not perfectly reflect the actual appearance of the products.

4. Prices and payments

  • Prices are expressed in Euros and include/exclude VAT (specify as applicable).

  • Shipping costs, if applicable, are communicated to the customer before confirming the order.

  • Payment can be made by bank transfer, cash on delivery, or other methods agreed with the Owner.

5. Orders

The order is considered completed only upon written confirmation by the Owner (via email or other agreed means).
The Owner reserves the right to refuse orders that are incomplete, non-compliant, or incorrectly filled out.

6. Shipping and delivery

  • Delivery times and methods will be communicated at the time of ordering.

  • The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the customer upon delivery.

7. Right of withdrawal (for private consumers only)

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the customer acting as a consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery by sending written communication to the email address info@cervorent.it .
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or made-to-measure supplies.

8. Warranties

The products are covered by the legal guarantee provided by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005). In the event of defects, the customer must notify the Owner in writing within 2 months of discovering the defect.

9. Responsibility

The Owner is not responsible for disruptions or delays attributable to force majeure (strikes, natural events, transportation problems).

10. Processing of personal data

The personal data provided by the customer will be processed in compliance with current legislation on personal data protection. For further details, see the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy published on the site.

11. Applicable law and competent court

These conditions are governed by Italian law.
Any dispute regarding the interpretation, validity, and execution of these terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Naples, unless otherwise provided in favor of the consumer.
